For best results, take 2-4 tablespoons a day. You can do 2 in the morning and/or 2 at night. Place your sea moss gel in the BACK of your refrigerator for maximum freshness. Sea Moss gel lasts up to 2-3 weeks. Freezing RAW sea moss gel will increase shelf-life to 3-4 months.
Delivery
Sea Moss orders will be shipped on Monday -Thursday. Orders made on Fridays will be shipped that following Monday. Upon arrival of your Sea Moss Gel, make sure to put it in the refrigerator for AT LEAST 6 hours before first use.
